What if  I have dietary restrictions?

Here at La Terraza del Cristina, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions for the safety of our guests. Please contact us to discuss the plan for accommodation

What is La Terraza's cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of your experience to receive a full refund.

What language is spoken during the experiences?

We are happy to offer our rooftop experiences both in English and Spanish.

Will guests be cooking in the Showcooking experience?

No, the show cooking experience is solely a cooking demonstration. Our chef will be cooking authentic Spanish cuisine while guests watch and learn, later enjoying the food on the rooftop.

Where is the entrance of La Terraza del Cristina?

Our address is Paseo de las Delicias 1—Planta 5, with our entrance located next to Uno de Delicias Tapas Bar. If you have any problems, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we would be happy to assist you. 

What is the closest metro station?

You can find the Puerta Jerez station on line 1 (L1) of the Seville Metro. It is conveniently located a three-minute walk away from the entrance of La Terraza del Cristina

Where is the closest bus stop?

You can find the Paseo Cristóbal Colón - Torre del Oro bus station located directly across the street from the entrance

Are the experiences appropriate for children? If so, do I need to purchase a ticket in order to bring my child?

Yes, our experiences are appropriate for children. We cannot promise that they will find the experience entertaining but you are more than welcome to bring children. Children under the age of 10 years old do not need a ticket. Please contact us if you have any further questions about accommodations and pricing

What is your refund policy?

If you should need a refund for your experience we are happy to provide a full refund if the experience is canceled within 24 hours notice of the start time of your experience. 

How much food is served in the experience?

 It slightly depends on the tour that you choose. You can expect to leave the majority of the tours with a full stomach. 

Can I book a private group tour?

Yes you certainly can, please contact us personally with the details of your tour and we would love to discuss them with you. 

Are experiences at La Terraza del Cristina offered year-round?

Yes, we are happy to offer our experiences year round. There is never a bad time to feast and learn!

What are the COVID-19 policies at La Terraza del Cristina?

If you have any symptoms please refrain from attending your tour and we will provide a full refund. We also ask guests to wear a mask at all times when indoors.

Are the food and drinks included in the listed price?

Yes, they are included for all tasting and showcooking experiences; however, not for the basic dining options.
